jili6 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

Last updated: January 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using the jili6 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to jili6 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. jili6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately through the contact details listed on the FAQ page.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Funds

All transactions on jili6 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). Deposits may be made through the payment channels listed in your account dashboard, which include GCash, Maya, and selected local bank transfer options. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, and processing times vary depending on the payment provider. jili6 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. Funds held in your jili6 account are not interest-bearing and are held separately from company operating funds in accordance with standard player fund protection practices.

3. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the jili6 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; attempting to exploit technical errors or glitches for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime; and creating or using accounts on behalf of another person. jili6 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and may be recovered from the account balance. 4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jili6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion are available through your account settings and are described in full on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, prevent access to the account for the duration selected by the player. jili6 will not market to players who have self-excluded for the duration of their exclusion period. If you feel that your gaming activity is causing financial or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or seek support from a qualified counselling service. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period; any such accounts will be closed and funds returned.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the jili6 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software, is the property of jili6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without priorwritten consent from jili6. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account suspension and may expose you to legal liability under Philippine law. The jili6 brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation. 6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

jili6 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability, and jili6 will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jili6's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jili6 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to prohibited conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

jili6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and registered players will be notified through their account dashboard or registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team. 8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the jili6 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who access the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local laws in their jurisdiction. jili6 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
